A Makers Year 93 – Chris Schwarz Summer School

Here it is. Chris Schwarz is in the building and everyone is busy busy busy.

A quick introduction. Whilst David is pre-occupied with keeping everything running smoothly and getting stuck in he has left me in charge, Phil. I will be keeping you guys visually updated! 🙂

For the next two weeks we’re going to be really busy here at Rowden. This is the first time trying this and we’re really excited for it. The summer school will take place over two weeks with Chris, from Lost Art Press, at the helm.

If you haven’t already may I suggest that you follow us on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. These places are where I will be updating you the most on what is happening in the workshop. Lots of images, videos and snippets into life at the workshop for us during these two weeks. I will continue to update the blog but if you want to keep track; following us on the stated social media sites will be golden.

Chris is doing a step by step run through of how to make a tool chest utilising important wood hand crafting techniques.

More to come!

Take it easy

Phil
