Students win Silver and Bronze award in National Competition organised by Furniture and Cabinetmaking Magazine

Congratulations to Christian O’Reilly for today being awarded a Silver in the student category at the national competition organised by Furniture and Cabinetmaking Magazine. Christian submitted a group of three boxes made in elm, cherry and ripple ash made during his first six months on a course here. Christian is still with us and we look forward to seeing the chair he is currently working on winning awards next year.

Congratulations also to Jonathan Kiff for receiving a Bronze in the same category for his ambitious and complex H2O dressing table in quilted maple.
