Designed to be in a circular writing room with a thatched roof, a small wood-burning stove and a work surface just underneath the window. The problem was that the work surface was a little bit too high to use an ordinary chair. Designed for comfort and to be used for hours at a time, the essence of the piece is energy; how creative people conserve energy and apply it to the written word, the page, or the problem in hand.
